Egyptians Protest Opposition Leader’s Arrest 
Egyptians staged a demonstration at Egypt’s High Court in Cairo, Tuesday, March 1, 2005, to show support for opposition leader Ayman Nour and to protest his arrest. Nour, a parliamentarian and head of the opposition Ghad (Tomorrow) Party, was detained in January on allegations he forged documents to register the party, which was set up in October. Nour has denied the charges.
