Ar-Ramal: Walking Briskly in Dignity
Ar-Ramal is the ritual where male pilgrims are required to walk briskly with their chests thrust forward and with their shoulders rolling slightly during the first three circuits of Tawaf ul-Qudum (Arrival Tawaf).
